3D PC
Overview
The Custom 3D-Printed PC Case is a fully bespoke small-form-factor build designed to balance thermal performance, aesthetics, and accessibility. Every panel, bracket, and vent was modeled from scratch, optimized for airflow, and printed in PETG and carbon-fiber-reinforced filament. The project combines mechanical design, precision tolerancing, and electronic integration—showcasing a holistic approach to digital fabrication that bridges hardware, enclosure design, and embedded systems.

The finished build ran cooler, quieter, and looked cleaner than any off-the-shelf case I’d owned. I designed custom mounts for the AIO cooler, routed hidden cable channels, and integrated addressable RGB lighting controlled through a microcontroller I wired and programmed myself. It was a deep dive into both mechanical and electronic design—proof that my CAD, fabrication, and circuitry skills can work together to create high-performance, production-ready hardware.
