Overview
LayerSync is an n8n-powered automation system built to streamline operations for my crafting business, Layered Logic. It connects order tracking, inventory management, and task prioritization into a single intelligent workflow. The system automatically updates stock levels, generates to-do lists, and triggers reminders—turning a once manual, time-intensive process into an adaptive, data-driven production pipeline.
Results
Building LayerSync taught me how powerful automation can be in a small-scale maker environment. I integrated my inventory, sales, and fabrication queues so everything stays up to date without constant oversight. Now, my workspace runs like a connected ecosystem—materials restock themselves, tasks are prioritized automatically, and I can focus more on creating instead of managing.
