The To-Do List Maker Agent is an AI-powered task management tool built with Claude and n8n. It takes natural language input—voice memos, messy notes, even stream-of-consciousness brain dumps—and transforms them into structured, prioritized to-do lists. The agent parses context, estimates effort, assigns categories, and organizes everything into actionable steps. It's designed for makers and small business owners who think faster than they can organize.
Results
The agent now handles my daily planning almost entirely. I speak or type a rough idea of what I need to get done, and it returns a clean, prioritized task list broken into logical groups. It catches dependencies I'd miss, suggests time blocks, and even flags when I'm overcommitting. Building it sharpened my understanding of prompt engineering, structured output parsing, and workflow orchestration—and it's become one of the most genuinely useful things I've made.
